Pursuant to Riau Provincial Regulation No. 30 of 2025 concerning Guidelines for the Appointment of Employees of the Regional Public Service Agency of Riau Provincial Government Hospitals, and Riau Provincial Governor Decree No. Kpts. 343/VI/2026 establishing the Staffing Requirements for the Regional Public Service Agency of Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital Riau Province for the Fiscal Year 2026, and to satisfy the demand for health human resources within the Riau Provincial Government, RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province hereby conducts a recruitment selection for employees of the Regional Public Service Agency RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province for the Fiscal Year 2026 to be placed within the RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province environment, with the following requirements and criteria:

II. Persyaratan Umum

1. Indonesian citizen who believes in the One Supreme God, is loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Age between a minimum of 18 (eighteen) years and a maximum of 35 (thirty‑five) years as of 1 August 2026;
3. Hold an educational qualification that matches the job requirements; and
4. Be physically and mentally healthy as required by the position applied for.

III. Persyaratan Khusus

a. Formasi Perawat

1. Applicants must submit their application to the Governor of Riau in accordance with the vacant position and educational qualification applied for *(application format attached)*
2. Diploma/certificate matching the qualification and transcript of records with a minimum GPA of 2.75
3. Active Healthcare Worker Registration Certificate (STR)
4. Colour passport‑size photograph (4 x 6 cm) with red background
5. Electronic ID Card (residence in Riau Province preferred)
6. Birth certificate
7. Certificate of health from a community health centre / government hospital
8. Valid BTCLS certificate
9. Certificate in Haemodialysis / Operating‑theatre training / Chemotherapy / Intensive Care / Cardiac Cathlab *(preferred/optional)*
10. Letter of declaration of willingness to become a BLUD employee, stamped with a 10,000 IDR stamp *(format attached)*:

V. Tahapan Seleksi

1. Administrative selection (a quota of 940 applicants is provided; if the number of applicants exceeds 940, the number of candidates eligible to take the BKN CAT competency test is determined by ten times the number of vacant positions, based on the ordered list of applicants who passed the administrative selection, in accordance with the available budget).
2. Basic Competency Selection (SKD) and Professional Competency Selection (SKB) using the BKN CAT system, comprising:
   • a. National Insight Test (TWK) – 10 questions.
   • b. Personal Character Test (TKP) – 20 questions.
   • c. General Intellectual Ability Test (TIU) – 20 questions.
   • d. Professional Competency Test (TKB) – 50 questions.
3. Interview (for nurse positions, the interview is accompanied by a practical nursing care assessment).
4. Psychological test.

VII. Tata Tertib Umum Peserta Ujian CAT BKN

1. Candidates must arrive on time according to the scheduled examination time, at the latest 60 minutes before the test begins, for registration and preparation purposes.
2. Candidates must wear a white shirt and black trousers/skirt; for those who wear a hijab, a plain black hijab is required.
3. Candidates must bring and present original identification documents, namely an ID card and a BKN‑issued examination card, to the committee.
4. Candidates are advised to bring writing utensils or other materials needed for the examination.
5. All personal belongings must be deposited in the designated storage area provided by the committee, and candidates are urged not to bring valuable items as the committee is not responsible for any loss.
6. During the examination, candidates must maintain order and silence and are not permitted to converse with other candidates.
7. Candidates must follow all directions and instructions given by the committee or supervisors.
8. Any form of cheating will result in disqualification.
9. After the examination is completed, candidates must leave the examination room orderly following the committee’s guidance and may then retrieve their belongings.
10. The examination score will appear on the computer screen after the entire BKN CAT testing process is completed and will be officially announced on the RSUD Arifin Achmad website.
