On Monday (10/8), the production company for the horror film Akgu: The Secret of the Moon Shadow revealed its main cast—Q THE BOYZ, Exy WJSN, Yoon Sang Hyun, Oh Woo Ri, Kim Su Gyeom, and Jang Yeo Bin—and announced that shooting will start in September.
Akgu: The Secret of the Moon Shadow is a horror film about six 27‑year‑old friends from varied backgrounds. While camping they encounter strange phenomena while investigating rumors of a pond deep in a dense forest.

Having only recently debuted as an actor, Ji Chang Min (stage name Q) will portray Tae Yeop, the most rational and logical among the six friends in the film Akgu: The Secret of the Moon Shadow.
Chu So Jung (stage name Exy) will play Ja Kyung, who suggests the camping trip to investigate the pond rumor; her strong beliefs set off a chain of strange events.
Yoon Sang Hyeon takes on the role of Min, who leads the camping at the pond. He is determined to uncover the pond’s secret with his friends.

As a new club member, So Hae (played by Oh Woo Ri) is set to shake up the friends’ dynamics, and her presence is expected to raise the story’s tension.
Kim Su Gyeom portrays Noh Do, the one who maintains the friendship bond among them. He values his friends’ relationships over himself.
Jang Yeo Bin rounds out the cast as an elite graduate named Hee Jin, now a dentist. Under his confident facade lies loneliness and anxiety.
