In the lead roles, Han So Hee takes on Seon Woo, a fashion start‑up CEO who’s rocketed to success within just three years of launching her company. She’s the Korean version of the part Anne Hathaway played in the original.

Being a young, work‑obsessed executive, Seon Woo is shown as a driven person chasing achievement, sometimes neglecting her personal life.

Han So Hee says this role is a stark departure from the drama and romance personas she’s usually known for.

She also mentioned that acting opposite Choi Min‑sik here felt like a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity she couldn't let slip, underscoring her excitement for the remake.

2. Choi Min Sik

Alongside Han So Hee, the legendary Choi Min Sik plays Gi‑ho, a retiree who comes back as a senior intern in Seon Woo’s company. He’s the Korean counterpart to Robert De Niro’s original character.
Gi‑ho is shown as someone with 37 years of experience in publishing. He’s known for being precise, good at driving, and chatting smoothly with people, and he enjoys arranging flowers and brewing coffee.
Choi Min Sik rose to fame with blockbuster hits like Oldboy, I Saw the Devil, and Exhuma. Here, he showcases his versatility once more, playing a much kinder and more approachable role unlike the brooding parts he’s famous for.

He portrays Young Hwan, Wootutu’s vice president, who is a long‑time colleague and key aide to Sun Woo, helping her grow the business.
With his solid background across multiple genres, Kim Jun Han’s participation definitely enhances the film’s acting quality and strengthens the chemistry among the main and supporting actors.
As part of the ensemble, Kim Jun Han is expected to liven up an office scene rife with clashes between different generations.
4. Ryu Hye Young
