Tim Pengawasan TMMD ke-129: Komandan militer dinilai cukup berani, dan hasilnya pun berjalan lancar.

TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – The Supervisional and Evaluation Team (Wasev) of the TNI’s Village Development Program (TMMD) 129th for the 2026 fiscal year visited the physical construction site in Parungponteng Village, Tasikmalaya Regency, on Wednesday (12/08). The head of the Wasev team, Director of Territorial Affairs at the Army Territorial Center (Dirter Pusterad), Brig. Gen. Farouk Fakar, S.Pd., M.Han, assessed that the TMMD implementation in Parungponteng Village not only exceeded technical targets but also achieved sociological objectives (unity).

“From my perspective, the overall outcome appears to be proceeding smoothly. This indicates a correspondence between administrative reports and field supervision,” stated Dirter Pusterad Brig. Gen. Farouk Fakar to radartasik.id.

Brig. Gen. Farouk acknowledged that the commander of the 0612/Tasikmalaya Military District demonstrated considerable boldness in executing TMMD Program 129th, often surpassing the established targets. This included rehabilitating and constructing non-decent housing (RTLH) units and successfully building MCK facilities.

“The houses in this area (Parungponteng Village) were demolished and rebuilt as permanent structures. The district commander showed considerable bravery and evidently conducted thorough calculations. This is quite commendable. It demonstrates that the district commander was able to engage various stakeholders, thereby maximizing the use of the allocated budget with additional support from other parties, such as supplementary material assistance,” he explained.

He continued that, within the TMMD Program, the anticipated unity between the TNI and the people has been fully realized. This was evidenced by the TNI’s integration with the community, extending beyond mere construction activities.

“The TNI personnel engaged in this construction mingled with the community. We placed them in residents’ homes, providing their logistics. This situation became an opportunity for interaction, ensuring that engagement was not limited to the physical construction aspects of the TMMD Program. Furthermore, effective communication was established between the TNI and the community,” he elaborated.

He added that, based on the field assessments, the head of Parumoteng Village also served as an exemplary model in TMMD implementation. Village Chief H. Entis effectively mobilized the residents. In addition to collaborating with the TNI in physical construction and joint community work, he also accommodated members of the TMMD 129th Task Force in residents’ homes.

“The village chief (head of village) was also quite effective, wasn’t he? The community willingly accepted TNI members being placed in residents’ homes and continued to work together in constructing roads, MCK facilities, or boreholes. Only the follow-up actions remain. My suggestion is that the village government should promptly establish a team or enact village regulations (Perdes) for the maintenance of roads and water and MCK facilities,” he concluded.
