Clover Press has unveiled Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis, a lavish hardcover collection dedicated to the celebrated character and concept artist Paul “Zeronis” Kwon. This 152‑page tome displays pieces from across his professional œuvre, fan creations, and private sketches, alongside a Kickstarter effort slated for a future launch.
The bound volume presents an extensive array of Zeronis’ creations—concept art, fresh designs, and intricate portraits that chart his development over time. Clover Press notes that the publication illustrates his methodology of narrative storytelling via character design, merging his most recognized pieces with brand‑new material.
Hank Kanalz, publisher at Clover Press, said: “Zeronis’s illustrations focus on anime‑styled characters that exude power and elegance, merging grace, strength, and emotional nuance in each piece. This compilation assembles a stunning array of works reflecting his growth over the years and should be a staple for anyone who loves art or gaming.”
Anime Corner is privileged to showcase the book’s cover for the first time:
Paul Kwon, known by his pen name Zeronis, works as a concept artist focused on video‑game character design. He trained at the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena before moving to Riot Games, where he shaped beloved League of Legends heroes like Ahri, Vi, and Gwen. His contributions also include the Star Guardian series and the virtual K‑pop act K/DA. Later projects cover games such as Honor of Kings and Arena of Valor, gaining praise for merging semi‑realistic textures with anime‑style character art.
Beyond the regular hardcover release, Clover Press will release a premium limited edition housed in a slipcase. Certain Kickstarter backer levels will provide special print collections, sticker sheets, a numbered lithograph, and high‑grade acrylic prints.
The Kickstarter drive for Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis is scheduled to debut soon; enthusiasts can register presently to receive alerts when the project becomes active.
