TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – Sekretaris Jenderal Serikat Petani Pasundan (SPP), Agustina, menilai dakwaan perkara dugaan penganiayaan terhadap Supriadi alias Abang terkesan dipaksakan. Ia menyampaikan hal tersebut setelah mengikuti persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Tasikmalaya, Selasa (28/7/2026).

Agustina mengatakan bahwa fakta yang terungkap selama persidangan belum cukup membuktikan bahwa an assault occurred as alleged by the public prosecutor.

“Based on the trial we observed, the charges seemed forced because no assault was proven as alleged. This increasingly indicates a possible conspiracy in the case,” she stated.

She highlighted forensic evidence in the form of a visum et repertum stating the victim suffered injuries from a blunt object impact.

According to her, this conclusion should be backed by more detailed medical explanation.

“When it’s claimed to be caused by a blunt object, a scientific explanation is needed. There should be laboratory test results or a medical description of the wound’s condition, such as cracks or other injuries. We didn’t see that clearly,” she said.

In addition, Agustina also questioned the statements of witnesses presented in court. She noted that at least three witnesses did not directly observe the alleged assault as claimed.

“One witness even admitted to having a relationship or contract with PTPN. This raises questions about the independence of the witness’s testimony,” she said.

SPP suspects that the allegation of assault on a religious figure was deliberately fabricated to stir up conflict between the community and PTPN.

“It becomes increasingly clear to us that the allegation of assault on a religious figure was presumably orchestrated to create conflict between the people and PTPN. However, we believe there was no assault as alleged,” Agustina asserted.

Nevertheless, SPP assured it would continue to follow all legal procedures until the trial concluded. They also plan to re-summon several witnesses deemed to know the actual facts.

“We will keep attending the trial process. We also plan to re-summon witnesses. Should any witness be found giving false testimony, we will report it criminally. Additionally, we will seek out the mastermind behind spreading this allegation of assault on a religious figure, as it has caused unrest and slander among the community,” she said.
