• Contract signing: 7 August 2026.

• Indonesian citizen, devout to the One Supreme God, loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, physically and mentally healthy.
• Possesses good moral character and has never been sentenced to imprisonment or detention based on a court decision that has permanent legal force for committing a criminal offence.
• Has never been dismissed dishonorably not at his/her own request or dismissed as a civil servant/member of TNI/Polri, or dismissed dishonorably as a private employee.
• Does not hold the status of CPNS/PNS/Prospective Member of TNI/Polri and is not bound by any employment contract.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

• On 1 August 2026 the applicant must not be older than 30 years.
• Proficient in basic archive management, official document drafting, and archive classification systems.
• Able to operate computers and electronic archive management applications. Preference is given to candidates with prior work or internship experience in the archiving field.
