Thecuy.com – The Indonesia Health System Strengthening (IHSS) Project is a national health system enhancement initiative led by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, with co‑financing support from several multilateral development banks. The partnership includes the World Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), which collectively assist the government in implementing transformative operations in the health sector. The project aims to boost the utilization of public health facilities by ensuring functional medical equipment across Indonesia, covering community health centers, referral hospitals, and public health laboratories.
The IHSS Project is organized into four primary components: Strengthening of Primary Healthcare in Indonesia (SOPHI) focused on primary health services; Strengthening Indonesia’s Healthcare Referral Network (SIHREN) aimed at enhancing hospital referral systems; Indonesia Public Health Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) targeting public health laboratory systems; plus project management, administration, digitalization, and training elements. To meet project requirements, the Ministry of Health regularly hires experts for various consultant positions, currently including Procurement Officer and Procurement Assistant roles, which are open until 25 July 2026. Kualifikasi :
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain (Rantai Pasok), Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience for Assistant role or 4 years for Officer role in Procurement or MDB (Multilateral Development Bank) projects.
- Preference given to candidates with direct experience managing international grants/loans, especially World Bank health sector projects.
- Familiarity with SPSE/LKPP or World Bank STEP systems is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Strong oral and written English proficiency (TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.5 highly preferred).
