Penerimaan Pegawai BLUD RSKD Duren Sawit

Dalam rangka pemenuhan sumber daya manusia Kesehatan (SDMK) serta mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pelayanan di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Duren Sawit, dengan ini kami membuka kesempatan kepada lulusan terbaik untuk bergabung menjadi Pegawai Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Duren Sawit, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

I. POSITIONS REQUIRED

1. General Practitioner (casemix)
2. Nurse
3. Anaesthetic Nurse
4. Dental Nurse
5. Health Analyst
6. Pharmacist
7. Pharmacy Technical Officer
8. Senior Programmer
9. Admission Officer
10. Nutritionist

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Application letter, signed.
2. Formal colored photograph.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Original ID Card (KTP) – Scan and upload (bring during test).
5. Original diploma – Scan and upload.
6. Transcript of records with a minimum GPA of 3.0 for Diploma III (DIII) and Bachelor’s (S1) graduates.
7. Higher education institution accredited at minimum A or B level by BAN PT.
8. Student status registered in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education’s (Forlap Ristekdikti) database at the time of graduation; verification can be made at https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/.
9. Statement declaring no family relationship (spouse, child, in‑law, parent, sibling, nephew/niece) with an employee of RSKD Duren Sawit.
10. Medical certificate of good health (to be brought after passing the interview).
11. Certificate of non‑drug dependence (to be brought after passing the interview).
12. Police record clearance (to be brought after passing the interview).
13. Certification of training relevant to the professional field.
14. Not holding the status of Civil Servant, Government Contract Employee (PPPK), nor Candidate/Member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces or Candidates/Members of the Indonesian National Police.
15. Never having been dismissed with disgrace, whether at one’s own request or otherwise, as a Civil Servant, State‑Employee Candidate, Government Contract Employee, Armed Forces Candidate/Member, Police Candidate/Member, nor having been dismissed with disgrace as a private, BUMN, BUMD or BLUD employee.
16. Meet the educational qualifications required for each position level and major, as detailed in the specific requirements.

III. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Age limit at the time of application opening for all positions is a maximum of 35 years.
2. Specific specifications for each position:

a. General Practitioner (casemix)

• Must hold a valid Doctor Registration Certificate (STR).
• Must have a valid ACLS/ATLS certificate.
• Must have experience in a hospital related to Casemix.

b. Nurse

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Must have a valid BTCLS certificate.
• Height requirement: male minimum 160 cm, female minimum 155 cm.
• Preference given to candidates with at least one year of hospital experience as an IGD/Ranap nurse.
• Willing to work shifts.

c. Anaesthetic Nurse

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Must have a valid BTCLS certificate.
• Must possess a specialised anaesthetic nurse certification.
• Height requirement: male minimum 160 cm, female minimum 155 cm.
• Preference given to candidates with at least one year of hospital experience as an anaesthetic nurse.
• Willing to work shifts.

d. Dental Nurse

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience working in a hospital operating theatre assisting oral surgery specialists during operations.

e. Health Analyst

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Preference given to candidates with experience as a Health Analyst in a hospital or clinical laboratory.

f. Pharmacist

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Must have a minimum of two years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Willing to work shifts.

g. Pharmacy Technical Officer

• Must hold a valid Registration Certificate (STRTK).
• Preference given to candidates with at least two years of hospital pharmacy‑technical experience.
• Willing to work shifts.

h. Senior Programmer

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S‑1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Applied Physics or Applied Mathematics.
• Must have work experience as a Database Analyst or Programmer.
• Knowledge of interoperability layer, tranSQL and PHP programming language.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.

i. Admission Officer

• Minimum education: Senior secondary school or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using computers with MS Office applications.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts.

j. Nutritionist

• Minimum education: Senior secondary school or equivalent.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts.

IV. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. All announcements and information will be posted on the official website of RSKD Duren Sawit: https://rsdurensawit.jakarta.go.id/web/rekrutmen
2. To apply, click on the “How to Apply” link and follow the subsequent instructions on the website.
3. Open the vacancies page, select the relevant position, and read the detailed job description and qualification requirements.
4. Fill in personal data and upload the required documents (ID card, passport‑size photo, diploma, transcript of records, supporting competency certificates, a declaration stating you are not a civil servant or state‑employee candidate and a declaration confirming no family relationship with an RSKD Duren Sawit employee, among others).
5. Once everything is complete, click “Submit”. Double‑check that all entered and uploaded data is correct.
6. Errors in data entry or document uploads may lead to application cancellation or disqualification.

V. APPLICATION DEADLINE

1. The online application form and document upload will be available from 11 July 2026 until 14 July 2026.
2. Applicants may select only one vacancy position.
3. Each applicant may submit their application only once; resubmission is not permitted.
4. All submitted data will be the exclusive property of the RSKD Duren Sawit recruitment committee.

VI. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. RSKD Duren Sawit bears no responsibility for any individual or institution that claims to represent the hospital and purports to facilitate an applicant’s acceptance as an RSKD Duren Sawit employee.
2. Only candidates who fulfil the administrative requirements will be invited to proceed with the selection process.
3. Applicants who do not meet the requirements and/or are unable to attend any stage of the selection for any reason at the stipulated time and place will be considered unsuccessful.
4. Should it be discovered during or after the final selection announcement that an applicant’s information is inaccurate or false, or that the applicant has previously been dismissed for misconduct or has a record of poor workplace behavior, the recruitment panel may revoke the candidate’s acceptance.
5. Applicants who are found to have provided false information or falsified documents will be disqualified.
6. No fees will be charged at any stage of the selection process.
7. The recruitment panel’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
