Thecuy.com, Kudus – The 2026 76 Ultimate Downhill event officially wrapped up the season at Ternadi Bike Park in Kudus, Central Java, with fierce competition during the final run across all race categories. This contest determined the overall champion title after three previous series held at Bukit Hijau Bike Park in Yogyakarta and Arjuno Bike Park in Pasuruan.
Ternadi Bike Park presents a major challenge for participants. With a course length of 2,300 meters, an elevation of 325 meters, and a Class 1 (C1) world‑class status from the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the track serves as a season‑ending test of technical skill and consistency for Indonesia’s top downhill riders.
Outcomes in the Men Elite division
In the premier Men Elite category, Khoiful Mukhib of the 76 Rider DH Squad posted the fastest time in the final run at 2 minutes 51.612 seconds. He outpaced Agung Prio Apriliano, who finished second in 2 minutes 53.556 seconds, followed by Pandu Satrio Perkasa in third place with a time of 2 minutes 55.031 seconds.
Although he did not win the final race, Agung Prio Apriliano secured the overall championship title in the Men Elite division of the 2026 76 Ultimate Downhill. His consistent performance throughout the season earned him 730 points, a significant lead over Putra Ganda Arrozak, who finished second in the standings with 510 points, and M. Abdul Hakim, who placed third with 400 points.
For Agung, capturing the overall title marks a significant milestone after seven years of competing in the 76 Ultimate Downhill. He attributes his success to a process of evaluation, calmness, and focused course reading during each race.
Milatul Khaqimah claims overall victory in Women Elite
In the Women Elite category, Milatul Khaqimah also concluded the season with a flawless performance. The rider from Nukeproof Axess Racing Team secured the fastest time in the final run at 3 minutes 15.950 seconds, surpassing Nilna Murni Ningtyas of Spartan Racing Team, who recorded 3 minutes 17.363 seconds, and Ayu Tria Andriana of Alaska Squad Racing Team, who placed third with a time of 3 minutes 17.738 seconds.
Mila’s consistent results across the three series earned her a total of 600 points, securing the overall championship title in the Women Elite division of the 2026 76 Ultimate Downhill. Ayu Triya finished second in the standings with 400 points, while Nilna Murni Ningtyas placed third with 380 points.
This title ends a long wait for Mila, who first competed in the Women Elite class in 2023. She sees this achievement as motivation to continue improving her training and maintaining her performance in the upcoming season.
Dimas Aradhana maintains dominance in Men Junior
The competition also proved exciting in the Men Junior division. Dimas Aradhana captured back‑to‑back overall titles after delivering consistent performances throughout the season. Two other young riders who took part were Nazwa Agazani from 76 Rider DH Squad and Ahmad Nasywa Ridhodin from Sego Anget Racing Team.
All three riders are expected to move up to the Men Elite class for the next season, which is anticipated to intensify competition within the elite category.
Organizers’ appreciation
Agnes C. Wuisan, representing 76 Rider, considered the season successful due to the enhanced competition quality and athletes’ growing adaptability to various track challenges. She noted that the organization from the first to the final series introduced several changes and innovations aimed at advancing national downhill development.
Parama Nugraha, founder of Indonesian Downhill (IDH), also observed that the quality of Indonesian downhill athletes continues to improve. He hopes that riders, both in the Men Elite and Women Elite divisions, will be able to compete more prominently at the Asian and world levels. Parama also confirmed that the 76 Ultimate Downhill will be held again next year with enhancements in several areas.
With the conclusion of the 2026 season in Kudus, the 76 Ultimate Downhill reaffirms its role as a crucial event for the development of national downhill athletes. The competition on the track, particularly in the elite class, demonstrates that Indonesia’s downhill strength map continues to evolve from season to season.
