Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Minimum education S1 Hukum (Bachelor of Law).
- Holding a Advocate License
- Having a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in corporate law, company law, or related fields.
- Understanding and having handled matters related to State-Owned Enterprise Law, KPBU, Corporate Action, Merger-Acquisition-Liquidation
- Having excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Being meticulous, integrity-driven, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Having a good attitude
- Willing to be placed at Head Office Bandung
