This program is designed to prepare you for leadership roles across various functions and levels within BNI through a comprehensive six‑month training journey. You will have the chance to experience exciting and demanding situations while contributing to BNI.
The ODP Retail Banking Regional program aims to develop professionals in consumer banking by covering activities such as executing UMKM marketing initiatives, performing productive retail credit analysis, managing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and monitoring and maintaining portfolio quality to meet set targets. The ultimate goal is to generate optimal returns for BNI and provide superior service to clients in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.
General Qualifications:
- Graduate of S1/S2 from a reputable university in a relevant field, with a minimum GPA: S1: 3.00 or equivalent; S2: 3.25 or equivalent
- Maximum age at application: S1: under 26 years; S2: under 28 years
- Proficient in English and attach a TOEIC score of at least 400 / TOEFL score of at least 450 / equivalent at the time of application. Only scores issued by official/authoritative institutions and still valid will be accepted.
- Possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills for gathering and obtaining relevant and comprehensive information.
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to build understanding and commitment from others.
- Do not have immediate family members (parents, siblings) currently employed at BNI.
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried throughout the program.
- Willing to be placed in all BNI units across Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.
