KBRI Seoul local staff recruitment announcement

Thecuy.com – The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) Seoul serves as Indonesia’s diplomatic mission in the Republic of Korea (South Korea) under the coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Located in the Yeouido area, Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, KBRI Seoul is headed by an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador who represents Indonesian interests in South Korea. Since formal diplomatic relations were established in 1973, KBRI Seoul has been instrumental in maintaining and strengthening bilateral cooperation, which has continued to evolve, linking Indonesia and South Korea in a Special Strategic Partnership that encompasses politics, economics, trade, investment, defense, and socio‑culture.

In carrying out its duties, KBRI Seoul is organized into several functions, including the Political Function, the Economic Function, the Public Affairs and Socio‑Culture Function (Pensosbud), the Protocol and Consular Function, and other supporting functions. In addition to promoting Indonesian trade, investment, tourism, and culture in Korea, KBRI Seoul provides services and protection to Indonesian citizens residing in South Korea, including migrant workers, students, and professionals, and processes visas and documents for foreign nationals wishing to visit Indonesia. To support these activities, KBRI Seoul regularly opens recruitment for local staff among Indonesian nationals as well as Korean and foreign citizens who meet the qualifications.
