Mohammad Nuh menambahkan bahwa nama-nama peserta yang cleared the TOBK selection would be posted on the official website of the Selection Committee for KND candidate members (2026‑2031) to gather public input from 19 to 25 October 2026. Concurrently, the committee will also seek feedback from partner agencies—including Komnas HAM, Komnas Perempuan, KPAI, PPATK, and Komdigi—on the profile of those who passed the TOBK stage.

“The public is entitled to share opinions, evaluations, and further comments, and state institutions may also provide their perspectives on the candidates,” he remarked.

These contributions are integral to ensuring that the chosen candidates are truly accountable. Mohammad Nuh further noted that the next round of selection will whittle the pool down to 14 nominees. The Selection Committee for KND candidate members (2026‑2031) underscored that objectivity and accountability are crucial when evaluating the Computer‑Based Objective Test (TOBK) outcomes.

Rofah, a member of the Selection Committee for the National Disabilitas Commission, clarified that clear indicators assist the five committee members in reviewing assessment results. He noted that there was minimal disagreement during the plenary meeting, as decisions were guided by consistent evaluation standards.

Rofah described the process: for the multiple‑choice exam, the Selection Committee gathered over 120 items, from which 60 were chosen via computer. “For the essay component, each committee member submitted five questions; the technical team merged them and the set was randomized by computer, ensuring each candidate received one question to answer,” he said.

Rofah stated that the committee established a passing score of 80, calculated from the average performance of the candidates. “This reflects the accountability framework we aim to embed in our evaluation process,” he remarked.

Siswadi, a member of the Selection Committee for the National Disabilitas Commission, judged the TOBK outcomes to indicate strong potential. “The candidates also demonstrate solid knowledge of Law No. 8 of 2016 and its implementing regulations. This forms an excellent foundation for selecting the most qualified individuals,” he commented.

Furthermore, he praised the candidates’ comprehension of disability rights, covering women and children with disabilities. “This optimism drives the Selection Committee to aim for members of superior quality,” he added.

Bahrul Fuad, also a member of the Selection Committee for the National Disabilitas Commission, noted that his role as evaluator offered valuable insights, particularly in creating assessments that accommodate diverse disabilities. “Through this experience, I have deepened my understanding of designing tests that are inclusive for all disability groups,” he observed.

Abdul Muis, another committee member, explained that the TOBK was designed to evaluate both the candidates’ knowledge and their analytical thinking. “Our goal is to ensure that prospective KND members possess a solid grasp of policies, legislation, and their implementation—crucial for advancing disability rights and inclusion across Indonesia,” he stated.

Beyond knowledge, Abdul Muis stressed that strong critical‑thinking abilities are vital for the KND to develop novel concepts. “Our aim is to cultivate critical thinking that fuels innovative advocacy strategies and transformative solutions for the KND’s upcoming challenges,” he concluded.
