Lembaga ini bermula dari Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Surabaya yang didirikan pada tahun 1964. Pada tahun 1999, IKIP Surabaya resmi berubah status menjadi universitas dengan nama Universitas Negeri Surabaya. REGARDING

IMPLEMENTATION OF SELECTION FOR THE RECEPTION OF TEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL AT UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

YEAR 2026

Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) membuka kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang memenuhi kriteria untuk mengikuti Seleksi Penerimaan Tenaga Kependidikan Waktu Tertentu Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

A. ALLOCATION OF NEEDS

The allocation of temporary educational personnel needs at Universitas Negeri Surabaya for the year 2026 amounts to a total of 8 (eight) positions, consisting of:

1. A total of 2 (two) educational personnel positions for placement at the Unesa International Administration and Training Office located in Bali.
2. A total of 6 (six) educational personnel positions for placement within the Universitas Negeri Surabaya environment.

C. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesian citizens (WNI) who are devout to the Almighty God, loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Age between 18 (eighteen) and 30 (thirty) years old.
3. Possess educational qualifications and specific requirements that match the job position.
4. Graduated from a university accredited as Excellent by BAN-PT or a recognized independent accreditation institution.
5. Maintain a cumulative grade point average (IPK) of at least 3.00 (three) on a 4.00 scale.
6. Proficient in spoken English or other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
7. Never been sentenced for a criminal offense by a final court decision.
8. Never dismissed unceremoniously from any government or private employment.
9. Not currently holding the position of civil servant, TNI soldier, or Indonesian National Police officer.
10. Not a member or officer of a political party and not involved in practical politics.
11. Not bound by an employment contract with any other institution or organization at the time of acceptance.
12. Certificate of Physical and Mental Health issued by a government hospital.
13. Willing to be assigned to any Unesa organization or campus.

D. EXAMINATION CONTENT AND SELECTION PROCEDURES

1. Registration: October 12–18, 2026
2. Announcement of Administrative Selection Results: October 19, 2026
3. Period for Appeal against Administrative Selection Results: October 20, 2026
4. Announcement after Appeal against Administrative Selection Results: October 22, 2026
5. Academic Basic Competency and Psychological Selection: October 23, 2026
6. Announcement of Academic Basic Competency and Psychological Selection Results: October 28, 2026
7. Interview and Practical Selection: October 29, 2026
8. Final Result Announcement: November 2, 2026

E. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

The registration process is as follows:

1. All applicants must register online via the website https://recruitment.unesa.ac.id
2. Applicants are allowed to apply for only one job position.
3. Applicants must carefully read and comply with the online registration rules, and prepare all required documents before starting the online application form.
4. Errors in data entry and document submission may result in the applicant’s failure to pass the administrative selection.

F. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applicants are required to upload the following documents via the website https://recruitment.unesa.ac.id:

1. A typed application letter and statement, signed, stamped with a Rp10,000.00 seal, addressed to the Rector of Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The letter format can be downloaded from https://recruitment.unesa.ac.id.
2. Curriculum Vitae.
3. National ID Card (KTP), replacement KTP certificate, or certificate of population registration from the Directorate of Population and Civil Registration.
4. Recent passport photo in formal attire with a red background.
5. Degree certificate and academic transcript matching the position.
6. University accreditation certificate at the time of graduation.
7. Competency or training certificate corresponding to the position.

G. GRADUATION SYSTEM

1. Administrative selection graduation is determined by the conformity of uploaded documents with the requirements specified in the announcement.
2. Candidates who pass the administrative selection are eligible to take the Academic Basic Competency Test and the Psychological Test.
3. Candidates who pass the Academic Basic Competency Test and the Psychological Test are eligible to proceed to the Interview and Practical Selection.
4. The Selection Committee’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
5. Universitas Negeri Surabaya reserves the right to revoke a candidate’s graduation status and/or terminate their employment as a Temporary Educational Personnel.

H. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. Applicants must carefully read the announcement and meet all the requirements. Registration must be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the announcement.
2. The committee is not liable for unclear uploaded documents or mismatched data; such issues may lead to disqualification or failure to progress and are considered the applicant’s negligence.
3. Candidates who fail to attend or are unable to participate in any selection stage at the designated time and location are considered disqualified, regardless of the reason.
4. Successful and accepted candidates may resign or be disqualified before the employment contract is signed; in such cases, the committee may replace them with the next highest-ranked candidate according to the selection results and applicable laws.
5. All applicants must attend the entire selection process in person (offline). However, applicants residing in Bali are required to participate online (remote).
6. Applicants who are found to have provided false information or data will be disqualified. This rule applies to all testing stages as well as after being appointed as a Temporary Educational Personnel at Unesa. Appointed applicants may also be terminated.
7. Registration and all selection stages are free of charge.
8. Any other provisions not yet stipulated will be established and announced subsequently.

I. EMPLOYMENT TERM

1. Candidates who successfully graduate and are appointed as Temporary Educational Personnel at Universitas Negeri Surabaya will sign an Employment Contract in accordance with the prevailing regulations of the university.
2. The term of the employment contract is 2 (two) years and may be extended based on organizational needs and performance evaluation results.
