RSUD dr. IV. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Umum
1. Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 30 years. For nurse positions requiring Hemodialysis, PICU/NICU, ICU, NICU, and PKKvTD certificates, the maximum age is 35 years as of 8 October 2026.
2. Never been convicted of a criminal offense with a final court decision, as proven by a sufficiently notarized statement signed by the applicant.
3. Never been dishonorably dismissed from civil service, honorarium staff, temporary employee, or private sector employment, as evidenced by a sufficiently notarized statement signed by the applicant.
4. Possess knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience as well as education relevant to the required job position.
5. Have a good conduct record, demonstrated by a Police Certificate issued by the Indonesian National Police at the district/city level.
6. Not hold the status of prospective civil servant, civil servant, contract‑based civil servant, TNI officer, or Polri member.
7. Not be a member or organizer of a political party or be involved in practical politics.
8. Hold educational qualifications matching the applied job requirements, proven by diploma and transcript.
9. Possess competencies certified by valid specialized certificates from authorized professional bodies for the required position.
10. Be physically healthy, as certified by a government doctor’s statement.

2. Test Stage I
Test Stage I consists of a Basic Competency Test (TKD) administered at BKN Regional Office I Yogyakarta using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT-BKN) system, covering:
• National Insight Test (TWK)
• General Intelligence Test (TIU)
• Personal Characteristics Test (TKP)

3. Test Stage II

Test Stage II is a Field Competency Test (TKB) conducted at BKN Regional Office I Yogyakarta using the CAT-BKN system. Applicants who pass Test Stage I are eligible to take Test Stage II.
