Anticipation for Injustice 3 surged anew as fans began circulating rumors that NetherRealm Studios’ upcoming fighting title had entered testing. The speculation quickly went viral, leaving many players curious about the franchise’s progress after a prolonged absence of new installments.
After Injustice 2 launched in 2017, gamers have been eagerly awaiting the next chapter of NetherRealm’s DC Universe series. The success of the previous two entries has raised hopes that the forthcoming sequel will introduce fresh characters, an expanded narrative, and innovative combat mechanics.
However, the buzz was short‑lived once Ed Boon issued a statement. He clarified that the claims of Injustice 3 being in testing did not match the actual situation.
NetherRealm Masih Belum Mengumumkan Proyek Baru untuk Injustice
Renowned for titles such as Mortal Kombat and Injustice, NetherRealm Studios boasts a long tradition of developing fighting games that combine cinematic storytelling with deep combat systems.
Injustice stands out as a key franchise for the studio because it diverges from the typical Mortal Kombat formula. Rather than relying on original characters, the series features battles between DC Comics superheroes and villains set in alternative story scenarios.
Even though reports of Injustice 3 undergoing testing have been refuted, the franchise is far from finished. As of now, NetherRealm has yet to issue any official statement about the upcoming Injustice installment.
Fans are now left to await further updates from the developers. With a dedicated player base still enthusiastic, the prospect of Injustice 3 remains one of the most anticipated upcoming releases in the fighting game community.
