- Open the authenticator app, scan the displayed QR code, or manually enter the secret key. The app will generate a six‑digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
- Return to the portal, input the six‑digit OTP, and click “Verify”. After successful verification, you will be redirected to the main ASN Digital dashboard.
- If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” and follow the reset procedure, which sends a link to your official agency email.
- If you do not receive the OTP, ensure your phone’s time is synchronized with the internet connection, or use the “Resend Code” option.
With a single login, employees can move between services such as MyASN, SIASN, e‑Kinerja, and the CASN portal without re‑entering credentials, making administrative processes faster and more secure.
Employees are advised to update their passwords regularly and maintain device security to prevent unauthorized account use.
