Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in a field related to Information Technology, such as Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, and others (master’s degree is an advantage).
2. At least 10 years of work experience in the fields of IT Infrastructure or IT Security.
3. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in leading Security Operation Center, Network Security, and Endpoint Security functions (experience in a banking environment is preferred).
4. Familiar with banking regulatory requirements and best practices for cybersecurity implementation, including ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, PCI-DSS, and CIS Controls.
5. Preference given to candidates holding active certifications in IT Security, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GSOM, CCOA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
6. Preference is also given to those who are actively involved in professional cybersecurity communities.
7. Proficient in implementing IT Security controls, covering:
• Banking IT infrastructure security architecture, including data center environments (on-premises/cloud/hybrid), head office, and branch offices.
• Cybersecurity Management, covering management of Security Operation Center (SOC), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), attack surface management, brand protection, cyber threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Network Security, including management of network microsegmentation, access control, email security, and perimeter security.
• Endpoint Security, covering management of anti-malware solutions, endpoint detection and response, endpoint data loss prevention (DLP), endpoint encryption, endpoint hardening and patch management, and Hardware Security Module (HSM).
8. Ability to maintain bank confidentiality, strong active communication in English, analytical skills, problem solving, project management, good teamwork, and willingness to continuously follow technology developments.

Job Description:

• a. Controlling and minimizing cybersecurity incidents that affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information.
• b. Implementing strategic information security programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s transformation roadmap and objectives.
• c. Ensuring that all service requests and IT security issues are handled promptly, effectively, and in compliance with security standards.
• d. Leading the initiation, design, development, and management of IT Security platforms and solutions to protect IT infrastructure (including on-premise and cloud data centers, head office, and branch offices), particularly in the areas of security operation center, network security, and endpoint security. The scope of work includes:

• Leading research and analysis for IT Security platforms and solutions to be implemented, based on references from applicable regulations and industry standards, as well as cyber risk identification results.
• Leading the preparation of budget proposal documents for IT Security platforms and solutions.
• Leading the implementation of Request for Information (RFI) to stakeholders such as principal technology providers of IT Security platforms and solutions.
• Leading the implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) to stakeholders such as principal technology providers of IT Security platforms and solutions.
• Leading the preparation of Feasibility Study (FS) and Terms of Reference (ToR) documents required for the procurement of IT Security platforms and solutions.
• Ensuring team members provide assistance during the procurement process of IT Security platforms and solutions.
• Ensuring team members carry out initial implementation of IT Security platforms and solutions on time, in accordance with the scope based on the prepared work timeline.
• Ensuring team members perform operational activities and maintenance of IT Security platforms and solutions, including ensuring the availability of routine reports and monitoring, as well as early investigation in case of detected anomalies or indications of cybersecurity incidents.
• Leading the preparation and updating of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for IT Security platforms and solutions, and ensuring their alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Ensuring team members provide guidance to relevant functions to implement IT Security practices from the early stages of application development (Security by Design) in the form of oral and written recommendations.
• Providing assistance and serving as a resource person during internal and external audit processes related to IT Security.
