Bank Mandiri Taspen concentrates on two primary customer groups: retirees and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). It offers pension credit, consumer and MSME financing, savings, deposit accounts, and transaction services. The bank also provides digital solutions such as mobile banking, QRIS payments, digital lending, and cash management, backed by an extensive network of over 275 branches throughout Indonesia. In the future, the company plans to boost digital transformation by enhancing the Movin app as a unified financial platform, while targeting an upgrade to become a KBMI III bank by 2028, fostering a financial ecosystem tailored for senior clients (silver economy).

Job Description
- The Officer Development Program (ODP) of Bank Mandiri Taspen is a 4-month accelerated career scheme designed to shape young talent into professional bankers and to prepare future leaders for the bank.
- The program features in-class training, on-the-job training, business and branch exposure, project assignments, project reviews, and mentoring & leadership development, offering a comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
- By interacting with customers, stakeholders, branch operations, and market dynamics across different regions, participants will build a business outlook, leadership abilities, and nationwide experience, laying the groundwork for taking on greater responsibilities and evolving into regional business leaders at Bank Mandiri Taspen.
Kualifikasi :
- Holder of a S1 or S2 degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
- Actively involved in organizations, committees, communities, or other leadership experiences.
- Possesses strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, self-confident, able to build relationships and convey ideas effectively.
- Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn when facing challenges and a dynamic work environment.
- Ready to grow into a future banking leader and willing to be placed in any region across Indonesia.
