TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – Apud Mahpudin, resident of Gunung Kialir hamlet, Setiajaya village, Cibeureum subdistrict, Tasikmalaya city, displays a joyful smile. The house he has been occupying, previously unfit for living, has now been transformed into a considerably more comfortable dwelling.

The transformation took place through the rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses (RTLH) initiative conducted by Lanud Wiriadinata in partnership with PT Buana Kasiti Group. This effort was included in the series of ceremonies commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s independence.

Apud’s residence was constructed through community cooperation over roughly ten days. Prior to commencement of the work, the team carried out a survey to ascertain the house’s condition and the requirements of the assisted family.

Traffic engineering exceeds limits! Closure of Dadaha road in Tasikmalaya hampers residents’ mobility. Not only blowing a whistle, Tasikmalaya digital valet parking is far different from illegal parking attendants.

Lanud Wiriadinata Commander, Colonel Pnb A. Kholiq Yulianto, S.E., M.M., stated that the initiative reflects care and collaboration to assist those in need within the community.

He emphasized that the TNI’s presence among the community extends beyond security duties, involving participation in various social activities that provide direct benefits.

“This activity demonstrates cooperation. It is not limited to Lanud alone, but also involves collaboration with various parties. Hopefully, Mr. Apud’s family can reside in this house more comfortably and be granted safety and well-being,” he said.

He further noted that collaboration among the TNI, local government, private sector, and community is expected to be reinforced. In this way, various social issues within society can be addressed jointly.

“In the future, we certainly hope that such collaboration can become more optimal. If there are opportunities and needs within the community, hopefully it can be carried out again,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Kesbangpol of Tasikmalaya City, Drs. Ade Hendar, expressed appreciation and gratitude to Lanud Wiriadinata and PT Buana Kasiti Group for their contributions in assisting the community.

“On behalf of the Tasikmalaya City Government, we convey our thanks to Buana Kasiti and Lanud Wiriadinata. Such collaboration must be maintained because its benefits can be directly felt by the community,” he stated.

The initial reduction of TPP included a scenario of 50 percent and 10 percent cut! Behind the 20 percent TPP: deductions, loans, or budget strategies!

Ade believes that concern for the community cannot be performed solely by the government. Involvement from various parties is required, including the TNI, private sector, and society.
