Ace of the Diamond Act II Season 2 unveiled a fresh trailer for its second half, slated to carry forward the Seido versus Inashiro clash in October 2026. Studio OLM has taken over production from Madhouse to animate the sequel, with Hideaki Oba at the helm as director. The full staff lineup is as follows:

Ace of the Diamond is a Japanese baseball manga created and drawn by Yuji Terajima. It was serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonem Magazine from May 2006 through January 2015. Its continuation, Ace of the Diamond Act II, launched in August 2015 and concluded in October 2022.
The series also received a television anime based on the manga, co‑produced by Madhouse and Production I.G, which aired from October 2013 to March 2016, totaling 126 episodes. A separate anime for Ace of the Diamond Act II, also by Madhouse, ran from April 2019 to March 2020 for 52 episodes. The new season was announced in May 2024.
