TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com — PT Kahuripan Sarana Agung (KSA), the manager of the former Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) land belonging to PT Wiracakra, denies accusations that the plantation area has been abandoned or is in a state of unclear management.
PT KSA confirms that stewardship of the former PT Wiracakra land was transferred to the company as early as 2014. According to the management, the transfer was carried out via an administrative process supported by several legal documents, such as a notary deed and payment evidence, as part of the transaction.
Seli, the manager of PT KSA, stated that after the transfer, the company continued to engage in plantation management activities and handled various administrative matters related to the land.

Seli noted that one indication of PT KSA’s involvement in managing the land was the release of a portion of it to the state in 2016.
At that time, PT KSA reportedly relinquished about 3.33 hectares of land for the construction of an access road for the Leuwi Keris Dam project.
“In 2016, PT KSA had already released approximately 3.33 hectares to the state for the purpose of constructing the access road for the Leuwi Keris Dam project,” Seli said.
Furthermore, in 2019, PT KSA also granted access to the plantation road for use as a village road. This access was provided following a request from the district office together with local Muspika representatives.
According to Seli, these activities demonstrate that the land has never been left unmanaged.
The company asserts that it continues to operate the plantation and fulfill various administrative obligations related to land management.

He believes that administrative processes concerning HGU are under the authority of the land agency. Therefore, the incomplete status of these administrative procedures does not automatically indicate that the land is abandoned or lacks a manager, he added.
Seli also refuted the claim that the former PT Wiria Cakra land was left unattended. He mentioned that plantation management activities were still ongoing and that the company possessed a valid land class assessment document.
