To meet the need for Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists and General Administrators of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) in 2026, Puskesmas Kembangan of West Jakarta Administrative City invites individuals with high integrity and commitment to serve the community to become Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists and General Administrators of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) within Puskesmas Kembangan of West Jakarta Administrative City.
A. ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Maximum age of 35 years 0 months 0 days on September 1, 2026
- Able to work in a team and willing to work shifts
- Willing to be assigned as per duties within Puskesmas Kembangan
- Priority given to those with work experience in health facilities matching the applied position
- Able to operate computer and medical record applications (preferred)
- Pass the required health test
2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Have a Jabodetabek Identity Card (KTP)
- Have a Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
- Have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
- Have an active Registration Certificate (STR) (for Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist positions)
- Have a diploma with accreditation minimum B
- Pharmacist: S1 Professional Pharmacy Education
- Assistant Pharmacist: D3 Pharmacy Education
- General Administrator: SMK Computer and Network Engineering Education
- Have a transcript of grades with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (for Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist positions)
- Have a competency training certificate (if any)
- Create a cover letter addressed to the Head of Puskesmas Kembangan
- Create a curriculum vitae
- No kinship (no blood relationship) with Puskesmas Kembangan employees
- Attach health certificate and color blindness certificate from government health facility valid within 1 month
- Attach health test and MMPI test results (only participants who pass until final selection and self-funded)
- Attach Police Record Certificate (SKCK) original or legalized wet stamp (only participants who pass until final selection)
