End‑to‑end travel time is roughly 13‑15 minutes, with daily service from 06.00 to 22.00 WIB.
LRT Jakarta is popular among residents of North and East Jakarta because it provides a traffic‑free alternative to private vehicles during rush hour. Future expansion through Fase 1B will push the line 6.4 km westward from Velodrome Station, broadening coverage and integrating with other urban transport modes.

Role : Senior Signalling & Telecom Engineer
Requirements :
- At least five years of experience in railway signaling and telecommunications systems.
- Practical background in designing and maintaining railway signaling and telecom infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of interlocking, train detection, wayside and onboard signaling, fiber optics, SCADA, PA‑PIDS, and IP networking.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Examine design documents (DED/IFC) for signaling and telecom systems.
- Draft technical recommendations and acceptance checklists.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, national standards (SNI), and operational needs.
- Provide on‑site technical clarifications to avoid safety‑critical design deviations.
- Assess contractor/vendor proposals for changes in specifications, materials, or methods using the approved change‑control process.
- Investigate recurring faults in signaling and telecommunications equipment.
- Recommend permanent repairs or engineering modifications as required.
- Coordinate daily technical discussions with contractors/vendors for design and work‑method clarifications.
- Review shop drawings, construction methods, and mock‑ups when needed.
- Confirm that as‑built drawings and related SOPs for operation and maintenance are complete.
- Promote a safe, secure, and healthy workplace, supporting passenger safety and security goals.
