Distanbun Aceh Tetapkan Harga Kelapa Sawit Periode Minggu Ke-3 Juli 2026

Banda Aceh, fanews.id – The Agriculture and Plantation Office (Distanbun) of Aceh Province held a meeting to set the purchase price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) of palm oil for the entire territory of Aceh. The meeting took place at the Distanbun Aceh Auditorium, Banda Aceh, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The meeting was attended virtually by representatives of palm oil mills (PKS) and the Plantations and Livestock Service from districts/cities across Aceh.

During the meeting and the minutes signed by the Acting Head of Distanbun Aceh, Habiburrahman, S.TP., M.Sc, and the Head of the Processing, Marketing and Business Development Division (P3UP) of Distanbun Aceh, who also serves as the Chairman of the Team for Determining and Monitoring the Purchase Price of TBS, Habiburrahman, S.TP., M.Sc, it was agreed that for the Eastern region, the price of TBS in the age category of 10‑20 years is Rp3,718 per kilogram. Meanwhile, for the Western region with the same age range, the determined price of TBS is Rp3,627 per kilogram.

The average price of crude palm oil (CPO) in this period increased to Rp15,530.13 per kilogram, compared to the previous period’s price of Rp15,293.32 per kilogram. The team also set the price of palm kernel at Rp13,396.89 per kilogram, up from the previous period’s price of Rp12,693.51 per kilogram.

For the third week of July 2026, the TBS Purchase Price Determination and Monitoring Team set the ‘K’ index in the Eastern region at 90.56 percent. Meanwhile, in the Western region, the ‘K’ index was set at 88.33 percent. The ‘K’ index is a performance factor used in determining the price of palm oil TBS.

The team decided that all these prices are effective from July 15 to 28, 2026, or the fifth week of July 2026. The price applies to independent farmer partners and plasma partners throughout Aceh Province, in accordance with the established regional zone division.

Habiburrahman, Head of P3UP at Distanbun Aceh, said that the government and palm oil companies (PKS) have a joint obligation to set the price of TBS every two weeks. Information on the agreement of TBS prices is very useful for all parties, including farmers, companies, and the government, as it complies with central government regulations that require new price determination each period.

“So this is part of the obligation that must be made public so that the community knows the price of TBS. In addition, this also serves as an evaluation of whether the price determination of TBS is realized or not in the field,” said Habiburrahman while opening the meeting which was attended both offline and online by the entire Aceh region, also attended by representatives of the Aceh Regional Police.

He mentioned that the determination of TBS prices depends on incoming invoices. Therefore, his side hopes for the participation of PKS to send valid and timely invoices. If all parties have agreed in a joint meeting, then the price of TBS will be set by the Governor of Aceh who delegates this authority to Distanbun Aceh.

Meanwhile, the Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) of Polda Aceh, Kombes Pol. Wahyudi, S.I.K., M.H, said that as an oversight agency, his side reminds of an important point that needs to be understood by companies and business actors in the palm oil sector. All invited companies should be able to accommodate the determination of TBS prices each period.

“If there is a violation of the determined TBS price, then it can fall under criminal law, administrative sanctions, and other legal sanctions. We do not want this violation to happen, so that the welfare of the community can be achieved,” said Wahyudi in his opening remarks at the TBS price setting meeting.

He hopes that all parties can perform to the maximum extent in accordance with central government regulations and the determination of TBS prices through the Aceh government. Therefore, there should be no violations of regulations and joint agreements.
