The anime for Laid‑Back Camp’s fourth season unveiled a fresh visual and trailer, and announced an April 2027 premiere. FuRyu Pictures will handle animation for the season, taking over from 8‑bit. The new theme tracks have also been disclosed, with Asaka and Eri Sasaki returning to perform the opening and ending songs respectively.
Shin Tosaka is back in the director’s chair, with Pierre Sugiura handling the screenplay and Akiyuki Tateyama on music. Meanwhile, Ryuta Ura steps in as the new character designer, succeeding Hisanori Hashimoto from the previous season. The voice actors will also be reprising their parts.

The adaptation originates from Afro’s manga. It debuted in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Forward from July 2015 until February 2019 before shifting to Comic Fuz, and Yen Press holds the English licensing.
Nadeshiko, a high‑school student who relocated from Shizuoka to Yamanashi, decides to go see the iconic Mount Fuji, which appears on the 1,000‑yen bill. Despite managing to bike all the way to Motosu, she’s forced to turn back because of worsening weather. Unable to set her eyes on her goal, she faints partway to her destination. When she wakes up, it’s night, in a place she’s never been before, with no way of knowing how to get home. Nadeshiko is rescued when she meets Rin, a girl who is out camping alone. This outdoor‑loving girls’ story begins with this first encounter between Nadeshiko and Rin.
