Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires manga by Miki Yoshikawa (A Couple of Cuckoos) is being turned into a TV anime produced by TMS’s Unlimited Produce. A visual has also been released.
Yoshikawa first published the story as a one‑shot in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2019. It was later taken on by Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in 2021, and now has six volumes out. The series can also be read in English via Kodansha’s K manga digital platform, where it is summed up as follows:
Every family hides its own “secrets”… Meet Shota Minamoto, a junior‑high student who’s an orphan living in a children’s home. One day, he’s adopted by a family residing in a lavish, Japanese‑style manor. After being warmly welcomed, Shota lets his guard down, unaware that this family keeps a “secret” the world must never discover. This fresh work from the creator of “The Cuckoo’s Fiance” offers a different take on the concept of “family.” A cozy, bloody love comedy begins now!
