Intelligence actually has many aspects. This means that signs of high intelligence are not always visible from school or university performance. Then, what habits can indicate a person’s thinking abilities?

According to American Psychological Association, one interesting trait of intelligent people is their habit of questioning information in a reasonable manner. They do not immediately accept a claim just because many people believe it, but try to understand the reasons, check the evidence, and consider other possibilities.

This way of thinking helps a person avoid jumping to conclusions too quickly. He tries to see the bigger picture before deciding what steps need to be taken.

A person with an open mind does not have to agree with all the opinions he hears. He can still have his own principles, but is willing to listen to other people’s reasons before making a decision.
For example, when discussing with someone who has a different view, he does not immediately consider the opinion wrong. He tries to understand the basis of his thinking, considers the evidence presented, and assesses whether there is something that can be learned from the discussion.

However, emotional stability does not mean that a person never feels angry, sad, or anxious. Moreover, emotional stability cannot be taken as direct evidence that someone has a high IQ. Intellectual intelligence and the ability to manage emotions are different aspects, although both can support daily life.
7. Imajinasi Tinggi dan Kreatif

Imagination is not only related to drawing, writing stories, or creating works of art. This ability can also be seen when a person imagines various possibilities, makes plans, weighs the consequences, and then chooses the idea that best suits the needs.
However, a high imagination does not automatically mean that someone has a high intellectual intelligence. Creative ideas still need to be developed, tested, and adapted to reality in order to be implemented.
