REGARDING REGISTRATION FOR SELECTION OF SUPPORT STAFF (FIELD STAFF)
FOR FACILITATION AND BUSINESS ACCOMPANIMENT ACTIVITIES
LAND OFFICE OF BENGKULU TENGAH REGENCY
FISCAL YEAR 2026
In order for the Business Facilitation and Accompaniment Activities of the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency in Fiscal Year 2026 to be effective and achieve the objectives as stipulated in Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2023 concerning Acceleration of Agrarian Reform Implementation, and to meet the need for Human Resources in the field of Arrangement and Empowerment within the Environment of the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency, the following is required:
Two Support Staff (Field Staff) for Business Facilitation and Accompaniment Activities.
General Requirements:
- Indonesian citizens;
- Minimum education Diploma-3 in any field;
- Preference given to those residing at the activity location (Village of Bajak II, District of Taba Penanjung);
- Possess good communication, presentation, and managerial skills;
- Not hold ASN/TNI/Polri status or be under any employment contract or civil service obligation;
- Not be a member or executive of a political party or be involved in practical politics;
- Able to use and operate a computer (Microsoft Office) as required and needed;
- Possess ability in quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
- Willing to work full time;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Willing to attend trainings in person and/or virtually; and
- Able to carry out other duties in accordance with the economic empowerment program for subjects of Agrarian Reform.
B. SELECTION SCHEDULE
The selection schedule for Support Staff (Field Staff) at the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency is as follows:
- Online registration: 05 – 07 October 2026
- Administrative selection: 08 October 2026
- Announcement of administrative selection results: 08 October 2026
- Online interview: 12 October 2026
- Announcement of final selection results: 13 October 2026
Note: The selection schedule may change at any time according to the conditions and needs of the selection process. Any schedule changes will be further communicated.
C. ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS
- Registration is opened online on 05 October 2026 by sending documents via e‑mail to [email protected] with the subject: “Application for Support Staff of Business Facilitation and Accompaniment Activities 2026”.
- Uploading softcopy of the required documents as follows:
- a. A signed application letter by the applicant;
- b. Valid softcopy of e‑KTP or certificate of e‑KTP registration;
- c. Softcopy of the latest diploma and legalized transcript of records;
- d. One recent color passport photo 4×6 with red background;
- e. Curriculum vitae with supporting information (training, work experience, awards, etc.) if any;
- f. Work experience certificate, if any (recommendation from previous employer);
- g. Valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) issued after passing the selection;
- h. Health certificate from a doctor issued after passing the selection;
- i. Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and bank account number issued after passing the selection;
- j. Business Identification Number (NIB) e‑Sikap (maximum 3 months after passing the selection).
*All e‑mail attachments must be combined into a single PDF file with a maximum size of 15 MB and sorted. Applications will not be processed if documents are attached separately.
D. OTHERS
- The selection for the acceptance of Support Staff (Field Staff) is free of charge;
- The Selection Committee is not responsible for any extortion or offers of any kind made by individuals impersonating the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency or the Support Staff Selection Committee;
- Applicants should not accept offers to facilitate acceptance as Support Staff at the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency;
- The decision of the Selection Committee for the Acceptance of Support Staff at the Land Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency is final and cannot be challenged.
