• Has experience in Functional Safety / System Safety / Safety Engineering
• Understands concepts of Functional Safety Process, Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Safety Requirements, and Verification & Validation
• Familiar with PHA, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Hazard Log, and Safety Requirement Analysis
• Understanding of Requirement Engineering and Verification & Validation (V&V) is an advantage
• Knowledgeable about standards IEC 61508, MIL-STD-882, ARP4761, ARP4754 relevant to Functional Safety and System Safety implementation
• Strong analytical, technical documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Understands data structures and data types, including size and representation in bits and bytes
• Comprehends basic number systems: binary, octal, and hexadecimal
• Can read and create UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class diagrams)
• Familiar with Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis processes
• Capable of converting user needs into clear, structured system/software requirements
• Acquainted with software development documents such as SRS, SDD/SDS, and ICD
• Has foundational knowledge of Software Architecture, covering components, modules, interfaces, APIs, and client‑server models
• Understands basic networking and data communication concepts, especially TCP/IP and UDP, using unicast, multicast, or broadcast methods
• Familiar with IP addresses, ports, and inter‑application communication over networks
• Skilled in analyzing message structure, data fields, types, length, and interface specifications
• Experienced with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including Sprint, Product Backlog, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem‑solving, and technical documentation abilities

• Proficient in Java programming language and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms, able to apply them efficiently in software development
• Understands various data types, sizes, memory representation, and type conversions
• Familiar with number systems (binary, octal, decimal, hexadecimal) and bitwise operations
• Knowledgeable about Design Patterns and can apply them appropriately in software projects
• Understand SOLID principles, Clean Code, modularity, reusability, and maintainability
• Can read and interpret UML diagrams (Class, Sequence, Activity, Use Case)
• Basics of software architecture: layered, client‑server, component/module, and service‑based models
• Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, asynchronous processing, and exception handling in Java
• Fundamentals of TCP/UDP network communication (Unicast, Multicast, Broadcast)
• Concepts of IP addresses, ports, sockets, and basic network programming
• Database fundamentals, SQL, and integration of Java applications with databases
• Ability to write unit tests using JUnit
• Experience with Maven or Gradle for build and dependency management
• Strong Git skills: branching, committing, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Product Backlog, User Stories, Code Review, Sprint Review, Retrospective
• Strong analytical, logical, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities

• Minimum education: S1 Law
• Holds a sworn affidavit and an active lawyer identification card
• At least 3 years of experience in a Law Firm / Legal Office
• Capable of comprehensively reviewing corporate legal documents, business contracts, and litigation materials
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• High integrity and detail‑oriented
• Recipient of national or international legal competition awards
• Strong legal drafting skills, including preparation of legal opinions, memorandums, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Work location: Head Office in Bandung
