The newly formed leadership immediately focused on establishing communication with the West Java Kadin and the Tasikmalaya City Government, aiming to accelerate regional economic development.

Muhamad Abdul Karim, the Kadin Chair of Tasikmalaya City elected at Mukota V, attended the West Java Kadin Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorwil) online and later met with Mayor Viman Alfarizi Ramadhan at Tasikmalaya City Hall.
Yesterday’s West Java Kadin Rakorwil on Wednesday (16/9/2026) was joined by all district/city Kadin chairpersons across West Java via Zoom Meeting.
The forum served as a platform for inter‑Kadin coordination at the regional level to discuss strategic business agendas and economic development.
For the Tasikmalaya City Kadin, hierarchical coordination is essential so that local economic issues and potentials are not confined to regional notes but can be conveyed up to the West Java and national government levels.
A day later, on Thursday (17/9/2026) at 14.00 WIB, the Mukota V Formatur Team of Tasikmalaya City Kadin met the Mayor of Tasikmalaya at City Hall.
The meeting was chaired by Muhamad Abdul Karim, the Kadin City Chair elected from Mukota V.
The audience was intended to establish initial communication between the business community and the local government.

Collaboration between government and the business community is deemed essential to create a conducive business climate and drive economic programmes that directly impact business activities and public welfare.
Muhamad Abdul Karim, the Kadin Chair of Tasikmalaya City elected from Mukota V, asserted that his leadership will prioritize collaboration, coordination, and acceleration.
In his view, Kadin should not merely serve as a communication platform among business actors.
The organization is also intended to become a strategic partner of the government in formulating and overseeing regional economic development agendas.
