TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – PGRI Regency of Tasikmalaya accelerated digital transformation within organizational management. Its primary focus is improving the member database to be more accurate, up‑to‑date, integrated, and easy to manage.
The initiative was launched via a digitalization outreach coupled with a Technical Guidance Session for the PGRI Regency of Tasikmalaya Member Card. The activity took place in the PGRI Regency Auditorium on Saturday (22/8/2026), with participation from the digitalization unit, the Communication and Informatics Agency, and PGRI operators.
The First Deputy Chairman of PGRI Tasikmalaya Regency, Jajang Iskandar, M.Pd, stated that digitalization plays a crucial role in reforming organizational management, especially for ensuring that member data is handled precisely and continuously.
Demokrat Regency of Tasikmalaya sparked a Sukarame initiative, organizing a public competition to celebrate independence. Nine athletes from Pasundan Muaythai Academy Tasikmalaya collected nine medals at the national championship held in Bekasi City.
“Digitalization is a key element in reforming organizational management, especially for ensuring that member data is organized accurately, up‑to‑date, and easy to manage,” Jajang said when contacted on Sunday (30/8/2026).
He identified several priority areas for advancing digitalization within PGRI Tasikmalaya Regency. The first is enhancing the member database and subsequently integrating it into a digital platform. The second is streamlining the member recruitment process to ensure it operates in a more organized manner.
Digitalization of membership is not limited to the regency level. PGRI Tasikmalaya Regency is promoting a hierarchical integrated system, ranging from the branch, district, regency, provincial levels up to the Central Board of PGRI.
“This PGRI member digitalization effort starts from the branch, district, regency, provincial levels all the way to the Central Executive,” he said.
The unified system aims to eliminate the fragmented data handling that currently exists across different organizational tiers. Member information can be continually refreshed, simplifying both data collection and organizational services, thereby making them more efficient and effective.
Beyond the database, PGRI Tasikmalaya Regency is also restructuring its membership system as part of a broader effort to strengthen organizational administration. The new system is intended to streamline KTA management and enhance overall member administrative efficiency.
The KTA technical guidance session is a vital component of this process. Operators receive capacity‑building support to operate the system effectively, including updating member information.
Partai Demokrat Tasikmalaya Regency energized the Blue Sky Movement by cleaning roads and planting dozens of trees. Pangdam III/Siliwangi received a visit from the West Java Paskibraka 2026 cadets.
The operator’s role is considered strategic as they are one of the key contributors to maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of organizational data.
