The game took place at the Cikuray Sports Hall, within the SOR Adiwijaya Complex, in Tarogong Kidul Subdistrict, Garut Regency, on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
The decisive final was intense, with both sides exchanging attacks. In the first half, however, no goals were scored, leaving the score at 0-0. The second half became more open, resulting in six goals in total as each team scored three, leading to a final score of 3-3.

Ketua Tim Futsal Garut, Dadang Johar Arifin, stated that the key to his team’s success was mental improvement and calm execution.
“In head‑to‑head matches, we had lost twice during practice sessions in Karawang and in the preliminary round. Still, I remained confident and kept praying,” he said.
Dadang emphasized that his team had been tested under high‑pressure situations throughout the tournament, including penalty shootouts.
“The most important thing is that they stay calm and not obsessed with distracting thoughts. Alhamdulillah, the players were effective and accurate when taking penalties,” he said.
Garut’s success in retaining the Jabar championship title also highlights the effectiveness of local athlete development. The Garut squad was built without importing players from outside the region.
The Pasar Baru area in Garut is set to be renovated, with temporary relocation of street vendors; meanwhile, a dead street lighting system on RTA Prawira Adiningrat route in Tasikmalaya is considered accident‑prone.
The Head of the Garut Regency’s Youth and Sports Department, Asep Mulyana, expressed pride in the trust placed in Garut to host the provincial‑scale event.
