Wahid said that this scheme demonstrates the central government’s concern for enhancing the quality of educational facilities in the regions. Therefore, the assistance must be optimally utilized for the benefit of students.
“Even though the aid does not pass through the regional treasury but is given directly from the centre to schools, this reflects the central government’s attention to improving educational facilities,” he said.
Wahid hopes that revitalization will not only result in new structures or repaired facilities, but also create suitable learning spaces enabling students to study safely and comfortably.
“May this physical assistance facilitate and support students’ learning to make it more conducive. Learners can study in a representative, focused, safe, and comfortable environment,” he said.
