TENTANG REKRUTMEN PEGAWAI TIDAK TETAP TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA TAHUN 2026

Universitas Indonesia, a State University with Legal Personality (PTN‑BH), invites Indonesian nationals to apply for positions as Non‑Permanent Education Staff (PTT Tendik) within the university. The recruitment procedure and phases are outlined in the enclosed notice.

I. INFORMASI UMUM

1. Rekrutmen PTT Tendik is open to Indonesian citizens who meet the specified criteria;
2. PTT Tendik positions will be assigned to work units across Universitas Indonesia, including the Central Administration, Faculties, and Schools;
3. The total required positions for PTT Tendik are as follows:
• Functional Operator (Entry Level) : 176
• Health Staff : 2
• Laboratory Assistant : 22
4. Each applicant may register for only one (1) position.

II. PERSYARATAN

A. PERSYARATAN UMUM

1. Indonesian citizen;
2. Meet the required educational qualifications (level and study programme) in line with the position requirements;
3. Fulfill the specific requirements set for each position;
4. The applicant’s diploma must be recognized, either from a domestic higher education institution or from a foreign institution that has been granted equivalency certification by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology;
5. Not currently employed as a Universitas Indonesia staff member, civil servant (PPPK/CPNS/PNS), a member or candidate of TNI/POLRI, or an employee of a state or regional public corporation (BUMN/BUMD);
6. Willing to work full‑time at Universitas Indonesia;
7. Participate in the entire selection process.

III. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN

1. Applicants must register online via the registration form on the career.ui.ac.id website;
2. Applicants may apply for only one (1) job position;
3. Applicants must use an active email address for the registration process;
4. Applicants must fill in the registration form accurately, completely, and in accordance with supporting documents; and
5. Applicants must read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the PTT Tendik Recruitment, covering: data accuracy and validity; consequences of data falsification resulting in disqualification; recruitment process without any charges; and consent to the use of personal data.

VI. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. Applicants who have submitted their registration form on karier.ui.ac.id are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all requirements and conditions applicable to the 2026 Non‑Permanent Education Staff Recruitment of Universitas Indonesia;
2. Notifications regarding the implementation and outcomes of each selection stage will be posted on the career.ui.ac.id website and/or the active email address used during registration. Applicants are required to regularly check for updates on the selection process;
3. The final selection outcome for each applicant will be based on the combined results of all stages, with the interview serving as the decisive factor;
4. Should any positions remain unfilled after all selection stages are finished, the Directorate of Human Resources and Talent Development may propose to university leadership to appoint other qualified candidates who have completed all stages, taking into account their selection ranking and suitability for the remaining vacancies. The placement decision is final and lies within the authority of the Directorate of Human Resources and Talent Development in collaboration with university leadership;
5. Successful applicants agree to be placed within the Universitas Indonesia environment, either at the Central Administration, a Faculty, or a School, as required by organisational needs;
6. Successful applicants agree to commence employment no earlier than the effective date of 1 November 2026, or on another date later set by the Directorate of Human Resources and Talent Development together with university leadership;
7. The Directorate of Human Resources and Talent Development reserves the right to request additional document submissions from applicants, either during the selection process or after they have been declared successful, if needed;
8. The entire recruitment process is free of charge. Universitas Indonesia bears no responsibility for any fraudulent activities conducted under its name;
