The OVA’s storyline takes place in Diginarsa, a realm filled with dreams and hopes that thrives on dream energy. To address this crisis, the King of Diginarsa dispatches Chamocha, Dettabook, and Pipirupi to aid Momo.

Later, a mysterious app becomes popular, yet it only peddles false dreams and seeks fleeting fame. This leads Momo to question the nature of people’s aspirations.
