1. Surveyor (Experience Hire)

General Requirement :

• Have completed studies.
• Minimum GPA of 7.00.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to work at PAMA’s Sulawesi job site.
• Willing to work under PAMA’s roster system.
• Preference given to applicants residing in Sulawesi with a local ID card.
• Have not participated in a selection process in the past year.
• Agree to comply with all legal requirements, company regulations, and occupational health, operational safety, and environmental standards.

Specific Requirement :

• Education: Senior high school / vocational / Islamic high school, majors: Geodetic Engineering, Geomatic Engineering, Survey & Mapping Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Surveyor in the mining sector.
• Understand mining survey processes, read mining survey data and design, perform design stake‑out.
• Able to operate surveying equipment: Total Station, GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), TLS, and Drone Survey.
• Can actively communicate with PAMA stakeholders.
• Able to lead a survey team/group.

2. Data Processor (Experience Hire)

Job Description :

• Develop timesheet evaluation system, validate data, and review and analyse production and equipment performance reports to provide accurate data for requirements.

General Requirement :

• Have completed studies.
• Minimum GPA of 7.00.
• Not color blind.
• Willing to work at PAMA’s Sulawesi job site.
• Willing to work under PAMA’s roster system.
• Preference given to applicants residing in Sulawesi with a local ID card.
• Have not participated in a selection process in the past year.
• Agree to comply with all legal requirements, company regulations, and occupational health, operational safety, and environmental standards.

Specific Requirement :

• Education: Senior high school / vocational / Islamic high school, all majors.
• At least 3 years of work experience in data management and analysis, preferably in the mining sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel using functions: Pivot Table, Lookup/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Data Validation.
• Capable of performing data cleaning, validation, processing, and report generation.
• Understanding of mining business processes is an advantage.
• Can actively communicate with PAMA stakeholders.
