TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – Kodim 0612 Tasikmalaya plans to renovate Parungponteng village using the TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) program for the 129th term in fiscal year 2026. The initiative will be executed in Parungponteng, Tasikmalaya Regency, running for 30 days from July 15 through August 13, 2026.
The TMMD 129 program for fiscal year 2026 stems from a partnership among the TNI, the Tasikmalaya Regency government, and local residents aimed at expediting rural development. Consequently, Parungponteng village will benefit from assistance across multiple sectors, encompassing both physical and non‑physical infrastructure.
“Physically, three road sections will be upgraded. In addition, construction of uninhabitable houses (rutilahu) and bore wells will be undertaken. As for non‑physical activities, outreach sessions will be held, covering topics such as food security and others,” said the Commander of Kodim 0612/Tasikmalaya, Lieutenant Colonel Czi M. Imvan Ibrahim, S.Sos., M.Han, who serves as Datsagas TMMD, on Tuesday (14/07/2026).

Datsagas TMMD clarified that the objective of TMMD 129 is to enhance public welfare and to solidify the bond between the TNI and the populace.
“Overall, TMMD aims to raise community wellbeing and to assist regional authorities in accelerating rural development, with particular focus on underdeveloped, remote, and isolated villages. We extend our gratitude to the Regent of Tasikmalaya Regency for their support,” he stated.
In order to launch the TMMD 129 program for fiscal year 2026, a combined force convened a ceremony in the courtyard of Makodim on Tuesday (14/07/2026). At the close of the assembly, the TMMD task force commander urged all participating members from the Army, Air Force, and Mobile Brigade Police to commemorate the event while voicing the slogan “Together We Build the Nation Starting from the Village”.
