Kodansha USA has licensed the title in English and provides the following description:
A mansion that looks like a girls’ orphanage is actually a training ground that creates magical child soldiers for a terrible war. Yet, love continues to bloom amidst the bloodshed in this highly anticipated, dramatic yuri manga—a spiritual relative of works such as Revolutionary Girl Utena, Otherside Picnic, and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury.
