YEAR 2026
Thus announced to all Indonesian citizens, RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro will hold a Recruitment of Daily Contract Employees:
I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be an Indonesian citizen;
- Age of applicant as of 1 July 2026 must be at least 18 (eighteen) years and at most 25 (twenty‑five) years for those with a Diploma/D3 or Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum education D3 in any field, preferably Communication and Public Relations for the Customer Service position;
- Minimum education D3 in any field, preferably Bachelor’s degree for the Content Creator‑Documentation position;
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing for the Marketing/Promotion position;
- All applicants are preferred to have experience in the hospital or health sector;
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from a state university, or minimum GPA 3.25 from a private university;
- Possess foreign language skills, preferably English;
- Appear attractive;
- Be willing to work overtime outside of regular hours;
- Have never been involved in any movement that opposes Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
- Have never been sentenced to imprisonment or detention under a final and binding court decision for committing a criminal offense;
- Have never been dismissed honorably without personal request or dishonorably as a civil servant or private employee;
- Agree to comply with all regulations in place at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro;
II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- All applicants must attach an original Health Certificate from a Government Hospital / Health Center / Authorized Government Agency dated after the announcement;
- For the Customer Service position, preference will be given to those with experience in customer service, front office, or call center;

2. Required documents to be uploaded are as follows:
a. Statement Letter with a Rp. 10,000 stamp, according to the format attached in the announcement:
i. Have never been involved in any movement that opposes Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
ii. Have never been sentenced to imprisonment or detention under a final court decision for committing a criminal offense;
iii. Have never been dismissed honorably without personal request or dishonorably as a civil servant or private employee;
iv. Not hold the status of Civil Servant Candidate or Aparatur Sipil Negara;
v. Agree to be terminated as a Daily Contract Employee of RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro if providing false information/documents, failing to perform duties properly, or violating applicable regulations, without any compensation from RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro.
b. Original diploma and transcript of records or legalized photocopy by an authorized official;
c. Photocopy of Certificate / Study Accreditation Letter minimum B (downloadable from the internet) issued in the year of graduation;
d. ID Card (KTP) or photocopy of ID Card;
e. Tax Identification Number (NPWP);
f. Curriculum Vitae (CV) signed by the applicant;
g. Original Physical Health Certificate from a Government Hospital / Health Center / Authorized Government Agency dated after the announcement;
h. 4×6 passport‑size photograph;
i. Photocopy of Training / Course / Work Experience certificates held.
3. Uploaded documents must be scans of the original colored files saved in *.pdf format, NOT photos saved as PDF.
4. Administrative files that are uploaded and are incomplete, insufficient, or do not meet the requirements are declared failing the administrative selection, and the committee will not accept any subsequent additions.
