PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ke-20 Umumkan Para Pemenang

Ajang PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards kembali menutup perayaan dua dekade puncaknya melalui Grand Final 2025. Acara yang dihelat di The Athenee Hotel Bangkok ini mengukuhkan para pelaku industri properti terbaik dari 13 pasar Asia dengan lebih dari 90 kategori penghargaan. Perhelatan bergengsi ini dipersembahkan oleh Sub-Zero & Wolf SEA.

Jules Kay, General Manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, menekankan momentum positif yang ditorehkan industri properti Asia. Ia mencatat lebih dari 600 penghargaan berhasil diberikan kepada para pelaku yang mampu bertahan dan beradaptasi di tengah dinamika global. Menurut Kay, para pemenang Best in Asia tahun ini menunjukkan komitmen terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan, nilai jangka panjang, serta pertimbangan sosial dan lingkungan. Ia pun menaruh harapan besar terhadap terobosan-terobosan baru yang akan muncul di dekade mendatang.

Sementara itu, Thien Duong, Chairperson of Grand Final Jury sekaligus General Director Group GSA, menilai para pemenang mampu menjawab kebutuhan pasar akan hunian yang berorientasi pada pengalaman, kesejahteraan, serta desain yang adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman. Ia mencontohkan kompleks live-work-play, hunian ultra mewah, hingga galeri penjualan imersif sebagai bukti nyata arah perkembangan industri. Duong juga menekankan pentingnya master-planning, arsitektur, desain interior, dan lanskap berkualitas tinggi dalam menciptakan aset yang bernilai dan berdampak positif bagi kota.

Kota Hong Kong mencatatkan prestasi gemilang melalui kemenangan ganda Henderson Land Development Company Limited di kategori pengembang dan desain. Proyek ultra mewah The Legacy – 8 Castle Road, Mid Levels yang dikembangkan bersama New World Development Company Limited menjadi bukti nyata keunggulan mereka. Sementara itu, One Central Macau Revamp oleh Properties Sub F Limited, Hongkong Land Group, dan Shun Tak Development Limited berhasil mempersembahkan kemenangan bagi wilayah administrasi khusus Tiongkok. Inovasi desain dari Mainland China juga mendapat sorotan melalui kemenangan firma-firma desain seperti Benoy, CAN Design, J&A Design, dan Lead8.

Malaysia menjadi negara dengan performa terbaik dengan 17 gelar ‘Best in Asia’. JLand Group berhasil meraih Best Industrial Developer (Asia) sekaligus mengukuhkan dominasi mereka melalui pengembangan Bandar Dato’ Onn. MTD Properties dan Faire Development masing-masing menyabet Best Affordable Residential Developer (Asia) dan Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia). Berbagai perusahaan lainnya seperti Armani Group, Astaka Kimlun Sdn Bhd, City Motors Group, Exal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd, IIB Land Sdn Bhd, Malton Berhad, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Platinum Victory, R&F Development Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Property, dan TRX City Sdn Bhd turut menyumbang prestasi bagi negeri jiran.

Indonesia tidak kalah bersinar dengan 15 penghargaan yang diraih oleh para pelaku dari berbagai wilayah. Paramount Land dinobatkan sebagai Best Township Developer (Asia), sementara Sinar Mas Land berhasil mengukir prestasi melalui kemenangan untuk pengembangan BSD City dan Grand Wisata, serta kolaborasi bersama Hongkong Land melalui Botanic Villa at NavaPark. PT Putragaya Wahana mencatatkan sejarah sebagai Best Commercial Developer (Asia) sekaligus meraih sejumlah penghargaan melalui superblok Thamrin Nine yang menjadi rumah bagi gedung-gedung tertinggi di Indonesia. Proyek-proyek dari Mandiri Land, Masgroup, Summarecon Group, dan Triniti Land turut menetapkan standar tinggi bagi sektor properti Tanah Air.

Vietnam berhasil mencatatkan 14 kemenangan, dipimpin oleh CapitaLand Development sebagai Best Sustainable Developer (Asia), Gamuda Land Vietnam sebagai Best Community Developer (Asia), serta Nomura Real Estate Vietnam sebagai Best International Partner Developer (Asia). Prestasi Vietnam dilengkapi oleh kemenangan proyek-proyek dari Ecopark Founder dan KD Investment Joint Stock Company.

Singapura berhasil meraih 11 kemenangan, dipimpin oleh UOL Group Limited yang dinobatkan sebagai Best Residential Developer (Asia). Parktown Residence menjadi kemenangan bersama antara CapitaLand Development, UOL Group Limited, dan Singapore Land Group Limited. Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard juga menjadi kemenangan bersama antara UOL Group Limited dan Singapore Land Group Limited. Penghargaan untuk Allgreen Properties dan The Assembly Place semakin menegaskan keunggulan sektor properti di negara-kota ini.

Filipina berhasil membawa pulang 10 penghargaan, dipimpin oleh Robinsons Land dengan empat kemenangan termasuk Best Luxury Developer (Asia). Robinsons Hotels and Resorts juga dinobatkan sebagai Best Hospitality Developer (Asia), sementara Aboitiz Economic Estates dan Aboitiz Land menunjukkan kemajuan dalam pengembangan kawasan industri dan perumahan terintegrasi.

Pengembang Thailand meraih 7 kemenangan melalui Reignwood Group sebagai pemenang Best Luxury Mega Township Development (Asia) untuk Reignwood Park. Penghargaan juga diraih oleh pengembang dan desainer yang menonjolkan inovasi hunian premium, pesisir, serta ritel berskala besar.

Australia berhasil mencatatkan kemenangan melalui Eterno Property Group dengan proyek Munro House, The Newlands, dan Eve Residences. Perwakilan Jepang juga meraih penghargaan melalui JY Suites Tsutenkaku oleh Jean Yip Developments yang memenangkan Best Affordable Condo Development (Asia) serta Best Hospitality Interior Design (Asia) yang diraih oleh Four Seasons Hotel Osaka.

Sri Lanka berhasil meraih dua penghargaan melalui Home Lands Group of Companies yang dinobatkan sebagai Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia), serta Pentara Model Apartment karya Urbanspace Interiors Pvt Ltd. yang meraih Best Condo Interior Design (Asia). Sementara itu, The Chedi Private Residences di Timur Tengah memenangkan Best Branded Residential Development (Asia).

Dalam kategori individu, Supaluck Umpujh, Chairwoman The Mall Group, berhasil meraih ‘PropertyGuru Icon Award’ atas kontribusinya di sektor pengembangan mixed-use dan ritel.

Para pemenang dipilih oleh juri lintas negara dengan pengawasan HLB guna menjaga integritas dan transparansi proses penilaian. Dewan juri terdiri dari para ahli di bidang properti, arsitektur, dan desain dari berbagai negara.
