The institution was launched with the goal of admitting its inaugural cohort of 150 students, both male and female, starting in 2018. This private school emerged from a partnership between Yasarini and the Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Sebelas Maret University. It implements an international competency curriculum centered on aviation, weaving together the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge, and the national curriculum into a cohesive program. Even though aviation is a core theme, the school’s administration has made clear that its pedagogy avoids militaristic practices and does not follow a senior–junior hierarchy. Its performance is outstanding: the 2022 UTBK average score was 640.747, placing it first in Central Java and third nationwide, and the school holds an A accreditation rating.

1.Business Management Teacher
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- A Master’s degree (S2) in Business, Management, Economics, Education, or a related field is preferable.
2.English Teacher
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Language Education, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, English Studies, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- A Master’s degree (S2) in English, Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferable.
3.Mandarin Teacher
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chinese Language Education, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL/TCSOL), Chinese Studies, Chinese Literature, Linguistics, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- A Master’s degree (S2) in Chinese Language Education, Chinese Studies, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferable.
4.Residential Advisor (Male)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Christian / Catholic Religious Education / Theology / Kateketik.
5.Public Relation
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Communication, or a related field; relevant work experience is also considered.
6.Chef (Male)

Qualifications & Requirements
TEACHERS
- Candidates may be male or female, not exceeding 40 years of age.
- Be a vibrant and initiative‑driven teacher, with a preference for those possessing international experience.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and a willingness to assist colleagues.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.00; a Master’s degree (S2) is advantageous.
- Possess a minimum of three years of teaching experience.
- Be proficient in English both written and spoken, evidenced by an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 500.
- Having a teaching certification is desirable.
- Possess robust information technology competencies.
- Be ready to attend International Baccalaureate workshops and implement IB teaching approaches at SMA Pradita Dirgantara as part of a civil service commitment.
STAFF
- Candidates may be male or female, not older than 40 years.
- Maintain sound physical and mental health.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- For kitchen staff, a minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma in a related field is required.
- Be fluent in English.
