BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) is a Management Trainee program tailored to shape the future generation of banking leaders. The program integrates a comprehensive banking curriculum, on‑the‑job training across various business units, projects that influence the bank’s strategic direction, mentorship from experienced leaders, and professional certification opportunities.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) from an accredited university
- Academic or non‑academic achievements are considered advantages
- Active in organizations and social activities, with demonstrated leadership skills
- TOEFL score ≥ 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification
- Willing to be placed at any BRI unit across Indonesia
- Must not have immediate family members currently employed at BRI
- Open to all applicants, including those who have previously applied for the BFLP recruitment
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried throughout the one‑year Trainee Program

You will be prepared to become a professional directly involved in strategic roles and the design of integrated financial solutions for corporate clients.
Specific Requirements
- Open to all majors, with preference for Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Agribusiness, International Relations.
- Experience in finance, corporate finance, forex, trade, business relationship / relationship management, or credit analysis is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English as well as Mandarin, Hokkien, Hakka, Japanese, or Korean is also an advantage.
You will be trained to assess risks and understand the business from two perspectives: as a credit risk taker collaborating with business units, and as a risk analyst processing data into insights to support risk decisions.
Specific Requirements
- Open to all majors, with preference for Economics / Management, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science.
- Proficiency in or experience with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, Stata, R, Java, C, Tableau, or SAS is an advantage.
- Certifications in data analytics or risk management are an advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML for risk analytics is also an advantage.
- Ability to think critically and analytically to extract relevant and comprehensive information.
- Ability to translate analysis results into actionable risk insights and recommendations.

You will contribute to driving the growth of MSMEs while promoting financial inclusion and financial literacy for entrepreneurs.

Ensure that business processes and activities comply with regulations.
In this role, you will learn to understand business processes, identify risks, and see how controls can help maintain the quality and integrity of processes at BRI.

- Open to all majors, with preference for Accounting, Management, and Statistics.
- Experience interning or working at a Firm, KAP, consultant, or auditor in related fields is an advantage.
