Unusa awards the Young K3 Expert Competency Certificate through its own Professional Certification Agency (LSP Unusa) as part of student support. A case in point is Zulfi Ahmad Ruhan, a D‑IV K3 alumnus who secured a position at a ceramic and glass manufacturing firm in Cikarang prior to his graduation. He notes that Unusa’s curriculum aligns well with industry demands and includes courses unavailable at other institutions.
Meanwhile, Naufal Bafiq Belvatrivano, another D‑IV K3 graduate, says the certification was instrumental during recruitment for a coal mining company in North Kalimantan.

Similar success stories are seen among S1 Nutrition graduates, such as Anis Nailun, who balances a role as a nutrition officer for the Surabaya City Government with completing field practice in a hospital. Anis emphasizes that the S1 program offers a fresh perspective that enriches his knowledge and professionalism in nutrition.
Lingkungan Kampus yang Inklusif dan Toleran

Out of all graduates, 14 non‑Muslim students—most of whom earned very satisfactory grades—praised the high level of mutual respect and tolerance practiced on campus, including freedom of worship and appreciation of diversity.

Unusa’s Rector, Prof. Ir. Tri Yogi Yuwono, delivered three key messages to the graduates. First, diligence and hard work are essential for competing in the job market. Second, integrity, good manners, and empathy rooted in Islamic and pesantren values must be upheld, especially amid technological disruption and artificial intelligence. Third, graduates are reminded to honor and respect their parents as the foundation for future career success.
Armed with strong academic preparation, competency certification, and instilled ethical values, Unusa graduates are expected to become professionals who are not only intellectually capable but also highly moral and ready to face industry challenges.
