Infinix has officially launched its Infinix Store at Galaxy Mall Surabaya, introducing the Store 5.0 concept—the newest iteration of Infinix’s retail experience. The launch event featured the Infinix Xperience Hub, running from 17 to 23 August 2026 in the West Atrium of Galaxy Mall 3, Surabaya.
The Store 5.0 concept showcases a contemporary design, a streamlined product arrangement, and an area where shoppers can hands‑on test a range of devices within the Infinix ecosystem. This permanent outlet forms part of Infinix’s strategy to broaden its retail footprint and deliver its product experience to Surabaya‑based customers.
“Surabaya represents a key market for Infinix, powered by its youthful consumer base and a highly active technology community,” said Tommy Xiong, the company’s Country Manager for Indonesia.
In addition, the Infinix Xperience Hub showcases the “Joy Tech, Beyond Limits” concept, merging technology, community engagement, photography, fashion, gaming, and lifestyle pursuits. Attendees can experiment with a full lineup of Infinix offerings, including GT, NOTE, HOT, and SMART series smartphones, XPAD tablets, laptops, and AIoT gadgets like AI Glasses, smartwatches, TWS earbuds, speakers, power banks, and MagCooler devices.
In the gaming area, guests can test the GT 50 Pro, the official handset for MPL Indonesia Season 18 and MDL Indonesia Season 14. The NOTE series is also exhibited to aid photography, content creation, and productivity tasks.
During the event, the Xperience Hub hosted several activities. Following the grand opening and a talkshow with Andy Sugar on 17 August, the programme continued with a photography meet‑up on 19 August and a fashion showcase by University of Surabaya students on 22 August. The final day, 23 August, featured a dance contest, a grand lucky draw, a live auction, and a closing celebration.
Patrons can take part in daily AIoT Flash Sales between 14.00–15.00 WIB and 19.00–20.00 WIB. The first 50 shoppers stand a chance to win a TWS earbuds, a smartwatch, or a speaker for just Rp10,000.
Furthermore, a special offer is available for the Infinix NOTE 60 Ultra, bundled with a free SMART 20, plus BCA transaction perks such as 0% financing over three or six months and a Rp100,000 rebate on purchases of at least Rp3 million using BCA credit card installments.
The Infinix Xperience Hub remains accessible to visitors until 23 August 2026, located in the West Atrium of Galaxy Mall 3, Surabaya.
