The upcoming Zenless Zone Zero version 3.1 is set to launch on July 29, 2026, introducing a variety of fresh content for gamers.
This release, titled “The Long Goodbye,” marks the second anniversary celebration of the miHoYo-developed title, bringing new characters, a permanent gameplay mode, system upgrades, and a range of free claimable rewards.
Additionally, version 3.1 sees the game appear on the Microsoft Store for PC, expanding the available platforms for players.

In Zenless Zone Zero version 3.1, players will continue the main storyline titled The Long Goodbye, reuniting the Proxies with Truvia, the heir of High Ambitions Corp, who had been their friend before a tragic incident severed their bond.
The narrative also introduces Lindverne Sunbringer and her deputy, Sigrid. Meanwhile, Remielle Dan’s return gradually reveals a mysterious figure named Enchainer, rumored to possess extraordinary power.

This update introduces a new permanent mode called Enigma of the Labyrinth: Operation Bagel, where players must rescue Eous, who has been dragged into the Hollow after delivering a mysterious artifact known as the Labyrinth Carrot.
Players will navigate hazardous zones, gather resources, upgrade their characters, and exit before time runs out. All exploration results can be used to boost research facilities, and the mode will receive seasonal updates along with exclusive rewards.
