The game combines 3D and Live2D visuals to replicate anime scenes and animations. Developers highlight cinematic camera movements and episodic storytelling matching the source material, previewed in a trailer with music by Yugo Kanno.

Gameplay involves real-time combat with a 360-degree camera and dynamic angle changes. It includes PvE and PvP modes, plus a formation system affecting battles. Specific setups trigger “RUSH” attacks for momentum shifts.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure started in 1986 in Weekly Shonen Jump, with the ninth part, The JOJOLands, launching in 2023. The Steel Ball Run anime’s second part will stream weekly in Fall 2026.
